The hydraulic balanced electric roller is used for high-precision rolling of battery electrode. The equipment has good horizontal and vertical uniformity in rolling and provides high-quality rolling performance. The equipment is used for roller rolling with the pressure provided by the hydraulic system. It is suitable for occasions where the consistency of rolling force and rolling gap is required to be high. It biggest roller press width is 300mm.
Optional Device:
Tension Controlled Winding and Unwinding Devices with the electric rolling press machine model MR-DG300C, which can roll to roll continuous Electrode calendering, suitable for battery electrode roll to roll calendering for pilot scale research work.
You can also just choose the Hydraulic roller press machine without winding and unwinding device as model MR-DG300 Or you can also add heat function to this roller press machine with Temperature up to 100C as model MR-DG300T or MR-DG300TC with winding and unwinding as continuous model.
